So then those calls get pulled by your lead for you to review together and I just never found that helpful. After each call the pet parent can rate your service and they are not always the nicest. Dealing with irate pet parents and the review system the company has. Embrace prides themself on work place culture and it shows. They definitely play favorites and can sometimes be unprofessional with in the company. I learned a lot about how pet insurance works and I do feel this is one of the better insurance companies out there. Then you are there to extinguish the fire or watch it burn because nothing you say or do can make them happy. However, it seems to go in one ear and out the other with majority of the parents. I think embrace does a good job educating the pet parents before they purchase a policy. If you enjoy getting yelled at on the phone all day then this is the job for you.
